TurtleSonar runs in the buildings we look after
From inside your building, TurtleSonar keeps an eye on the internet connection and the equipment that depends on it: HVAC, printers, access control, cameras.
When something stays down, the alert goes to whoever can fix it: us, your reception or property manager, and the supplier who owns that device. And again once it is back.
One per building, with graphs. If the connection drops, the report still covers that stretch rather than leaving a hole in it.
We run the network for shared workspaces, and we run one ourselves
Floors 17 and 18 of Botanic Tower are FlatTurtle's own coworking, taken on after WeWork went under. The network and the equipment in it are ours, so we run our own space on exactly what we sell to everyone else.
At Brand Whitlock we supply the connectivity for Soulbricks' coworking. They run the space and look after their members; we make sure it is online and stays that way.
Members arrive and leave constantly, guests need WiFi that works without a conversation, and private offices need a network of their own. That is a different problem from wiring one tenant into one floor.
Most of what we installed last year was nowhere near an office
Levels below ground where no signal reaches, and industrial sites where pulling fibre across a yard is not realistic. A 4G or 5G link goes in instead, sized for what the site actually runs.
A line that has failed, or a building that needs internet on day one while the permanent connection is still weeks away. We bring a working one in days and keep it until the real one lands.
